1. Kuttu Ka Dosa
Enjoy a healthy and tasty diet of Kuttu by making Kuttu Ka Dosa. Relish it with aaloo ki sabzi just the way we eat Masala Dosa.
2. Sanwa Rice
If you are a foodie and cannot resist having rice, make a pulao out of the sanwa rice. Also known as barnyard millet, this is no grain but a wild seed. Enjoy the rice with curd or raita. Alternatively, you can make its idli, dhokla or kheer.
3. Singhare Ka Halwa

4. Kele Ki Barfi
Peel Bananas, mash them and add milk. Cook till the milk dries. Then add ghee and cook till it gets brown. Further, add walnut and coconut. Mix well. Grease a plate and pour the matter into the plate. Keep the layer thick. Let it cool, garnish it and enjoy the awesome barfis for 9 days!
5. Fried Makhana
Fry makhana in ghee, add some rock salt and enjoy this crispy and nutritious snack with tea.
