New Delhi : Not everyone is able to make up with a green lawn or space to bloom in their gardening tactics. One can use fish pots, glass lamps, balls and bowls to create their own hanging gardens or reuse old furniture as garden desks, suggests an expert.

Harpreet Ahluwalia, founder and principle designer at Earthly Creations, has shared simple hacks to bloom a container garden.

*Hanging garden: Use fish pots, glass lamps, balls and bowls to create their own hanging gardens. This does not require much effort can be put up any where you want to. You just need to plant your favourites and hang them in your balcony, arches, patios and entrances. One can also go for seashells that can be hung, decorated to give decor a complete new definition.

* Old furniture turned garden desk: one who is having thought of replacing their furniture must give old one a new green look. You can go and place plants in the chest of drawers as well as on top. You can place it both inside and outside your room. Decorating it with nostalgic articles and making your space look more lively and green.

* Vertical garden: The simple technique to get this look is to place planters in small pots, cans or glass jars and affix them on wall through a wooden frame that give a bright sunny sight to the plain, monotonous wall. It will immediately capture the sight of the guests as well shows your creative side too.

*Thematic garden: One can go for single theme like by having planters of same clan. For example in shape of birds, animals, letters, fruits and vegetables, or any other design that defines your personality or taste. It enhances your walls, balconies by just planting small planters requiring less water to dwell.

1. Cucumber juice

Cucumber is a favourite salad ingredient in summer because of its cooling properties. Consuming cucumber juice can be really beneficial for relievingacid reflux because it is highly nutritious as it provides your body with both fibre and water which is needed for better digestion and has a low calorie volume. What’s more? It can also keep you full and help you avoid reaching out to junk foods!

2. Lemon water

Lemon can do you a world of good! Being rich in vitamin C and B and minerals such as phosphorus, calcium, and magnesium—drinking lemon water regularly will not only help you burn fat but will resolve your digestive issues such as acidity. Moreover, lemon water contains laxative properties that can help improve your bowel movements and clear toxins from the body, keeping you hydrated.

3. Ginger water

Ginger aka adrak, is a very well known ingredient that has been used for ages to help relieve acidity and gas. Also, if you are facing digestive issues due to overeating or undigested food, consuming ginger water can help in emptying your stomach.
