According to Kanchan, waist pain in adults can be as a result of everyday activities or the wrong methods of sitting and standing, such as not sitting in the right way during the use of a computer, turning it in a strange way, pushing or pulling something Or lifting and standing for long periods etc. Kanchan said, “Because the physical appearance of teenagers and young people is flexible, the problem of back pain like adults is not common. In the case of children, lifting heavy bags, not sleeping properly, injuries during sports, etc. may be due to their back pain.

Healthcare specialist Kanchan countered the risks of headache, saying that mental stress, depression or restlessness, pregnancy (pregnancy women are more prone to shortness of breath), lifestyle for long-term living, smoking, alcohol consumption And the irregular period of sleep-wakefulness, age and gender, obesity, excessive physical work can be due to work of labor (if not done properly).

 

 

Kanchan said that physical exercises, the right positions of the body, healthy diet, the right way to sleep, reducing mental stress, non-smoker and lifestyle changes can reduce the risk of gastric pain.

Covid toll in Karnataka is a worrying sign for state government

Even though Karnataka recorded the lowest number of Covid deaths in April since the virus struck first in 2020, the state is recording a rise in the positivity rate (1.50 per cent).
