Google today has launched its Google Home and Google Home Mini Smart Speaker in India on April 10, 2018 in New Delhi. Soon after the launch of the Google home smart speakers, it was announced that these speaker will be available exclusively on India based e-commerce site Flipkart and also at the offline stores including Reliance Digital, Bajaj Electronics, Croma, Vijay Sales, Sangeetha and Poorvika. Using Google #MakeGoogleDoIt for the promotion of Google Home Mini and Google Home, these two speakers are capable of doing most of the work you need. These speakers will be embedded with voice support feature and will be functioning on the Hindi voice inputs by later this year.

With Google Home Speaker, you can command your voice by recording it. Google Assistant can also answer questions you seek for Google Search. In October 2016, Google had launched its first larger Google Assistant- powered smart speakers at its first hardware event, where as the smaller ones were unveiled at Mountain View company’s second hardware event. These mini speakers will be able to get sync with Google Play Music, Youtube, Netflix, Saavn and Gaana.

The price of the Google Home Mini speakers has been set at Rs.9,999 to beat the Amazon’s Echo speakers that was launched in India at the same price as of Google’s Mini speakers.

As of now, customers buying Google Home or Google Home Mini speakers from Flipkart will get a JioFi router free and if the purchasing done through My Jio stores or Reliance Digitals  will get a JioFi routers along with of 100 GB 4G data worth Rs. 2499. The offers will last until 30 april.

Let us tell you that Amazon has already introduced its 3 smart speakers in India, including Echo, Echo Dot and Echo Plus. Significantly, Google introduced Google Home in 2016. Google has the same Google Assistant in the same way as Amazon Voice Support is Alexa Voice Assistant.
