Gentle Exercise:
Exercise is the last thing you expect to do when in periods but a gentle exercise can reduce premenstrual anxiety and distract you from the pain. Yoga or light exercise can naturally lower the pain.

Heat can give you relief from the period pain. Heat sooths the muscle tension and reduces the pain. Hot water bath can reduce anxiety and stress caused during period.
Good sleep:
When you are on your menstrual cycle, get 7-9 hours sleep. Lack of sleep may make you more irritable and may also result in intense pain.
