All the schools of the board of the state will open to the principal and staff from July 6. After the school opens, the process of admission for the new semester and starting the online class will be started. Principal Secretary Secondary Education Aradhana Shukla issued an order on Saturday asking to open all the schools of the Board operating in the state from July 6.
Preparations for the new session will start in the schools from July 6 and all schools by July 15, including state, aided and non-finance schools of UP board, CBSE and ICSE schools have also been asked to start online classes by July 15.

The Principal Secretary has also issued clear guidelines regarding opening of schools, which schools must ensure compliance.

School buildings, furniture etc. will be sanitized every day to prevent infection of Covid-19 in teachers and non-teaching staff.
Thermal scanning will be done before admission of teachers and non-teaching staff coming to school. If the temperature of an employee is more than normal, they will not be given admission in the school and the information will be given to the Chief Medical Officer.
To prevent corona, sanitizer and soap for regular hand wash etc. will be arranged in the school.
To prevent infection, the guidelines issued by the Government of India and the State Government will be completely followed.
A meeting of the Teachers Parent Association will be convened soon after July 6, in which they will be motivated for online reading, making them aware of the system of online reading.
For the effective conduct of online learning, there will be arrangements for training of officers, principals, teachers and students through webinars and online tutorials.
Admission of students for the new session will be done by ensuring the adherence to the Government of India and State Government guidelines and physical distance to prevent infection.
Availability of books for students will be ensured by setting up stalls in schools as per requirements.
Online education will be started by July 15 by creating class wise, subject wise time table for every class.
If there are any special guidelines for online reading by the board of which the secondary school is affiliated, then action will also be ensured.
Parents should deposit their monthly fees.

Principal Secretary Aradhana Shukla has once again clarified that compliance with the mandate issued by the state government regarding fees will be ensured.Transportation will not be charged. Last year fees will be charged in schools. Apart from this, he has also made it clear that employees working in government, non-government or private sector offices who are getting monthly salary, should pay one month’s fee to the school. Parents who receive regular salaries are also not depositing fees in schools, while the government has ordered schools to pay salaries to teachers and non-teaching staff. Therefore, parents who are able to pay monthly fee and pay income tax, will be processed to deposit monthly fee on priority basis.

As many as six new nursing colleges to be functional in Haryana soon

Haryana Chief Secretary Sanjeev Kaushal shared that the construction work of six nursing colleges in the state will be completed soon and classes will commence in the month of July. Not only this, the new building of the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Panchkula has also completed its construction work.

Adding on to this, he shared that, till now, the classes are being held in another building, the chief secretary said while presiding over the review meeting of development projects worth more than Rs 100 crore here.

CHIEF SECRETARY REVIEWED MAJOR PROJECTS

The Chief Secretary reviewed several major projects, including power, health, medical, and technical education in the state, and directed the concerned officials to complete them within the stipulated time period.

COLLEGES UNDER CONSTRUCTION

He said that the construction of nursing colleges in Dherdu village of Kaithal, Khedi Ram Nagar village of Kurukshetra, Kheranwali village of Panchkula, Aura and Dayalpur village of Faridabad, and Sadatpur village of Rewari is under construction.

The construction work of Medical college in Koriawas in Narnaul, Medical College at Jind, Bhiwani, and Dental College at Nalhar is being completed at a fast pace. The work of the second phase of Kalpana Chawla Medical College is also undergoing.
