Indian automaker Royal Enfield hikes rates of Meteor 350: Check it here

Royal Enfield has announced the updated prices of the Meteor 350. The prices are applicable from 1 July, 2021 onwards. While the company has hiked the prices of the cruiser motorcycle, it has not received any cosmetic or mechanical upgrade. The company has also hiked the prices of other motorcycles like the Bullet 350, Classic 350, Himalayan, Continental GT650 and the Interceptor 650 .

The Meteor 350 is available in three variants: Fireball, Stellar and Supernova. The Fireball variant is priced at Rs 1,92,109 and has received the least price hike of Rs 9,441. While the Stellar variant is priced at 1,98,099, and it will set customers back Rs 9,665. On the other hand, Supernova is priced at Rs 2,08,084 and has received the highest price hike of Rs 10,048 over the ex-showroom price of June 2021. Above mentioned prices are ex-showroom (Bangalore).

The Meteor 350 is a stylish looking cruiser motorcycle. It is offered with features like a digital instrument cluster, LED taillight, tripper navigation, dual-channel ABS and a windscreen as an additional accessory. Powering the cruiser motorcycle is a 349cc single-cylinder air/oil-cooled engine that produces 20.2bhp at 6,100rpm and 27Nm at 4,000rpm. All this power and torque is put down via a five-speed transmission.

Improved version of Hyundai Creta launched in Indian market: Check it out here

Hyundai India launched the much-awaited Creta Knight Edition in the country at a starting price of Rs 13.51 lakh (ex-showroom, all-India). This new variant is available in both petrol and diesel engine options and can be had either with a manual or an automatic transmission unit. To read more about the Creta Knight Edition, click here. In addition to this, the company has also introduced a model-year update for the Hyundai Creta with new feature additions.

The 2022 Hyundai Creta is now available in a new Denim Blue colour option and the Highline TPMS is now standard across all variants. The SX (O) trim now also gets a glossy black centre console. Furthermore, the company will offer the iMT option on the 1.5-litre petrol ‘S’ variant to further expand choices for the customers. The new S+ variant powered by a 1.4-litre T-GDi petrol engine with 7DCT now gets an additional set of features, such as –

– Smart panoramic sunroof

– 16-inch black alloy wheels

– Smartphone wireless charger

– Rear Disc Brakes

– Electronic Stability Control (ESC)

– Vehicle Stability Management (VSM)

– Hill start assist control (HAC)

– Paddle shifters

– Metal pedals

– Electric and auto-folding ORVMs

– Power window auto up/down

Mechanically, the SUV continues to be powered by the existing petrol and diesel engine options.
