Pakistan left-arm pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi has revealed that wicket of KL Rahul was his favourite as compared to Rohit Sharma’s in their contest against arch rival India in ICC T20 World Cup 2021. The 21-year old demolished Indian top order by skittling out both openers Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul in consecutive overs.
As a result, the men in blue could not recover from the early damages throughout their innings and only managed to score 151 runs in their allotted 20 overs despite skipper Virat Kohli’s fighting knock of 57 runs. The left-arm pacer eventually dismissed Kohli as well later in the innings to cap off a brilliant spell of 3-31 in his four over quota.

I wasn’t expecting the ball to move in that much says Afridi

In a conversation with Pakistani journalist Mazher Arshad’s YouTube channel, the 21-year old said that his mindset was to provide his best at that moment and thankfully it worked out well for Pakistan. He said, “Rahul’s wicket was the favourite one. I think I wasn’t even expecting the ball to move in that much after pitching. It was my second over only and generally, the ball doesn’t move that much in the first couple of overs.”
The left-arm pacer was adjudged player of the match for his amazing performance as Pakistan completely thrashed India.  Owing to Kohli’s innings of 57 runs and wicketkeeper-batter Rishabh Pant’s contribution of 39 runs India reached  the 150-mark. However, Pakistan openers skipper Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan made a mockery of the score.
Both batters remained not out as Pakistan chased down 152 runs without losing any wicket. While Pakistan topped Group B, India were knocked from the tournament in the group stage itself.

The court, generally, considers a person who commit a crime and the one who destroys the evidence, as criminals in the eyes of law. But what if an animal destroys the evidence of a crime committed by a human.

In a peculiar incident in Rajasthan, a monkey fled away with the evidence collected by the police in a murder case. The stolen evidence included the murder weapon (a blood-stained knife).

The incident came to light when the police appeared before the court and they had to provide the evidence in the hearing.

The hearing was about the crime which took place in September 2016, in which a person named Shashikant Sharma died at a primary health center under Chandwaji police station. After the body was found, the deceased’s relatives blocked the Jaipur-Delhi highway, demanding an inquiry into the matter.

Following the investigation, the police had arrested Rahul Kandera and Mohanlal Kandera, residents of Chandwaji in relation to the murder. But, when the time came to produce the evidence related to the case, it was found that the police had no evidence with them because a monkey had stolen it from them.

In the court, the police said that the knife, which was the primary evidence, was also taken by the monkey. The cops informed that the evidence of the case was kept in a bag, which was being taken to the court.

The evidence bag contained the knife and 15 other important evidences. However, due to the lack of space in the malkhana, a bag full of evidence was kept under a tree, which led to the incident.
