Maharashtra is most affected by Corona. More than 19 thousand people have been infected with this virus here. At the same time, the death toll is also high in this state. According to the latest data, 731 people have lost their lives in Maharashtra so far.

After this, Gujarat has the most patients. As of Saturday morning, a total of 7 thousand 402 people have been infected with Corona. Of these, 1 thousand 872 have been cured after treatment, while 449 people have lost their lives.

The national capital Delhi ranks third in terms of infection. Here the graph is constantly increasing. So far, the number of people infected with corona in Delhi has reached 6 thousand 318. Here 2020 people have also been cured of this disease, while 68 people have died here.

Even though Karnataka recorded the lowest number of Covid deaths in April since the virus struck first in 2020, the state is recording a rise in the positivity rate (1.50 per cent). Five people died from the Covid infections in April as per the statistics released by the state health department. In March, the positivity rate stood around 0.53 per cent. In the first week of April it came down to 0.38 per cent, second week registered 0.56 per cent, third week it rose to 0.79 per cent and by end of April the Covid positivity rate touched 1.19 per cent.
