Hyundai Motor India has increased the prices of the Verna by up to Rs 8,700. While the Hyundai Verna was earlier priced between Rs 9,10,800 and Rs 15,19,700 (ex-showroom, Delhi), it is now available in the price range of Rs 9,19,500 to Rs 15,25,400 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
The Hyundai Verna boasts of three engine options — 1.5-litre MPi petrol (115PS and 144Nm), 1.0-litre turbo-GDI petrol (120PS and 172Nm) and 1.5-litre CRDi diesel (115PS and 250Nm). The 1.5-litre MPi petrol mill can be paired either with a 6-speed MT or an IVT automatic. The 1.0-litre turbo-GDI petrol motor is mated to a 7-speed DCT automatic. The 1.5-litre CRDi diesel engine has 6-speed MT and 6-speed AT choices.
At present, the mid-size sedan is available in four variants — E, S+, SX and SX(O). Below are their prices (ex-showroom, Delhi).

Hyundai India launched the much-awaited Creta Knight Edition in the country at a starting price of Rs 13.51 lakh (ex-showroom, all-India). In addition to this, the company has also introduced a model-year update for the Hyundai Creta with new feature additions.
The 2022 Hyundai Creta is now available in a new Denim Blue colour option and the Highline TPMS is now standard across all variants. The SX (O) trim now also gets a glossy black centre console. Furthermore, the company will offer the iMT option on the 1.5-litre petrol ‘S’ variant to further expand choices for the customers. The new S+ variant powered by a 1.4-litre T-GDi petrol engine with 7DCT now gets an additional set of features, such as –
