South Korean automaker Hyundai’s 7-seater SUV Alcazar will be launched in India tomorrow. People were waiting for this very famous Hyundai car for a long time. Alcazar bookings have already started for an amount of Rs. 25,000. You can book this car online or by visiting its local showroom. Recently, the brochure and other information of Hyundai Alcazar has been leaked online. In which a lot of information has come out about this car. According to this set of data, the Hyundai Alcazar is based on the same platform as the company’s Creta, but gets a 2,760 mm-longer wheelbase. According to the information revealed, there are many similarities between the Creta and the Alcazar, many changes have been given in the design compared to the earlier. The list of updates includes a new grille, 18-inch alloy wheels and all-new hexagonal taillights with lots of LED modules.

The Hyundai Alcazar will be available with two engine options which will include a 2.0-litre MPI petrol engine and a 1.5-litre diesel engine. Its petrol motor generates 157 bhp power and 191 Nm peak torque. While the diesel engine generates maximum power of 113 bhp and peak torque of 250 Nm. Transmission options for both the engines will include a choice between a 6-speed manual gearbox and a 6-speed automatic transmission.

Hyundai India launched the much-awaited Creta Knight Edition in the country at a starting price of Rs 13.51 lakh (ex-showroom, all-India). In addition to this, the company has also introduced a model-year update for the Hyundai Creta with new feature additions.

The 2022 Hyundai Creta is now available in a new Denim Blue colour option and the Highline TPMS is now standard across all variants. The SX (O) trim now also gets a glossy black centre console. Furthermore, the company will offer the iMT option on the 1.5-litre petrol ‘S’ variant to further expand choices for the customers. The new S+ variant powered by a 1.4-litre T-GDi petrol engine with 7DCT now gets an additional set of features, such as –

– 16-inch black alloy wheels

– Smartphone wireless charger

Mechanically, the SUV continues to be powered by the existing petrol and diesel engine options.
