Piaggio Vespa available under several shades: Check inside

Piaggio India recently updated its product portfolio with the launch of the Vespa 75th Edition. With the addition of this new variant, the Vespa VXL range is now available in eight colour choices in the Indian market. The standard  Vespa VXL is available in Yellow, Matte Black, White, Maze Grey, Vibrant Red, Vibrant Pink, and Azzuro Provenza. The new 75th Edition can be bought in a single paint option – Glossy Metallic Giallo.

The scooter range can be bought in three variants – BS6, Facelift, and Vespa 75th Edition. The prices vary depending on the variant selected. Check out the complete list (ex-showroom Delhi; as of 21 August, 2021) below:

Vespa VXL BS6: Rs 1,22,664

Vespa VXL 150 Facelift: Rs 1,27,465

Vespa 75th Edition (150): Rs 1,40,000

Vespa VXL 125 BS6: Rs 1,10,345

Vespa VXL 125 Facelift: Rs 1,15,145

The Vespa 75th Edition carries a considerable premium over the standard models. The special edition, which celebrates the 75th anniversary of the Italian brand, comes with a special paint theme, decals, seat cover and a rear bag.

Mechanical specifications on the 150cc and the 125cc variants are identical across the respective models. The 125cc motor produces 9.78bhp of power and 9.60Nm of peak torque. The 150cc engine is tuned to deliver 10.32bhp of power and 10.60Nm of peak torque.

Improved version of Hyundai Creta launched in Indian market: Check it out here

Hyundai India launched the much-awaited Creta Knight Edition in the country at a starting price of Rs 13.51 lakh (ex-showroom, all-India). This new variant is available in both petrol and diesel engine options and can be had either with a manual or an automatic transmission unit. To read more about the Creta Knight Edition, click here. In addition to this, the company has also introduced a model-year update for the Hyundai Creta with new feature additions.

The 2022 Hyundai Creta is now available in a new Denim Blue colour option and the Highline TPMS is now standard across all variants. The SX (O) trim now also gets a glossy black centre console. Furthermore, the company will offer the iMT option on the 1.5-litre petrol ‘S’ variant to further expand choices for the customers. The new S+ variant powered by a 1.4-litre T-GDi petrol engine with 7DCT now gets an additional set of features, such as –

– Smart panoramic sunroof

– 16-inch black alloy wheels

– Smartphone wireless charger

– Rear Disc Brakes

– Electronic Stability Control (ESC)

– Vehicle Stability Management (VSM)

– Hill start assist control (HAC)

– Paddle shifters

– Electric and auto-folding ORVMs

– Power window auto up/down

Mechanically, the SUV continues to be powered by the existing petrol and diesel engine options.
