Four and a half years of trust, good governance and development have transformed Uttar Pradesh to Uttam Pradesh which was craving for overall infrastructure development during the previous governments. The Yogi Government has not only connected 10 big cities with the metro project but the 24 crore people of the state have also got the opportunity to travel with facilities.
These have been the promises which BJP made before the assembly polls and fulfilled them during its present tenure since 2017.
Not only this, during its tenure, the state government has started operating traffic in the state with traffic lights and operated electric buses in 14 cities including Lucknow, Kanpur and Agra.
Since assuming power in UP, CM Yogi has left no stone unturned to speed up the work of urban development in the state to which previous governments never paid attention. For this, he increased the facilities of public transport and gave impetus to the operation of new and air-conditioned buses. Free Wi-Fi facility has been introduced at public places and bus stands in 17 cities across the state.
The Yogi government not only announced the facility of metro trains in Bareilly, Moradabad, Aligarh, Prayagraj, Kashi, Agra, Kanpur, Meerut, Gorakhpur, but also work regarding this is going on a war footing. The construction work of the first phase metro rail project in Kanpur and the first corridor of the metro in Agra is also under process.

– Metro service will be expanded in Lucknow and Noida, and Metro service will be started in Kanpur, Agra, Allahabad, Gorakhpur, Jhansi and Ghaziabad
