Good News! Tata Punch to be launched in India tommorow: Read price and features here
Tata Motors will launch the all-new Tata Punch in India on October 18, 2021, while the pre-bookings for the mini-SUV opened on October 4, 2021, at an initial token amount of Rs 21,000. Once launched, the new Tata Punch will be the youngest SUV in the company’s line-up, joining the Tata Nexon, Tata Harrier, and the Tata Safari. The new Tata Punch will take on the Maruti Suzuki Ignis, Renault Kiger, Nissan Magnite, the upcoming Hyundai Casper as well as the upcoming Citroen C3 in India.
The new Tata Punch is built on the ALFA-ARC (Agile Light Flexible Advanced Architecture), developed under Impact 2.0 design language. Inside the new Tata Punch is a granite black dashboard with glacier grey inserts. The new Punch will be available in Orcus White, Atomic Orange, Daytona Grey, Meteor Brown, Calypso Red, Tropical Mist, and Tornado Blue.
The Tata Punch receives safety features such as dual airbags, ABS with EBD and corner safety control, brake sway control, front fog lamp with cornering function, child seat Isofix anchor points, reverse parking camera, driver & co-driver seat belt reminders. The new Punch SUV is connected to the company’s IRA technology.
The new Tata Punch will be powered by a 1.2L Revotron naturally aspirated BS6 petrol engine that develops 86bhp and 113Nm, coupled to both 5-speed manual and 5-speed AMT units. The new Punch is offered in Pure, Adventure, Accomplished, and Creative variants.

Hyundai India launched the much-awaited Creta Knight Edition in the country at a starting price of Rs 13.51 lakh (ex-showroom, all-India). In addition to this, the company has also introduced a model-year update for the Hyundai Creta with new feature additions.
The 2022 Hyundai Creta is now available in a new Denim Blue colour option and the Highline TPMS is now standard across all variants. The SX (O) trim now also gets a glossy black centre console. Furthermore, the company will offer the iMT option on the 1.5-litre petrol ‘S’ variant to further expand choices for the customers. The new S+ variant powered by a 1.4-litre T-GDi petrol engine with 7DCT now gets an additional set of features, such as –
