Big update on CBSE Class 10,12 board exams: Must read
CBSE released class 10th & 12th term-1 2021-2022 exam date sheet on October 18, 2021, on its official website. CBSE had previously announced that the examinations for the 10th & 12th CBSE boards would be divided into two Terms. Term 1 is to be upheld objectively, while Term 2 is to be carried out subjectively (the final decision depends on the conditions at that time), each covering 50% of the curriculum. The duration of the Term 1 exam will last 90 minutes, while Term 2 will last for 120 minutes.
Now the board has issued another notice stating that the students appearing for the board exams who are currently not living in the same city as their school can opt for a change in the city of their exam centre. CBSE has stated that the schedule for students to request their respective schools will be notified soon.
The notification read, “Schools will follow the instructions given by CBSE to forward the request to CBSE in an online system.” After the last date, no further requests will be entertained therefore CBSE has asked both the schools and the students to keep a close eye on the CBSE website for updates.
Many states have already resumed physical classes, especially for board exam students, however, there are still a lot of students who are studying online. Some of the students are also living in a location that is not in the same city as their school.
It is important to note that the CBSE Term 1 board exams 2022 will take place from November 30 and go on till December 22. It will comprise both major and minor subjects. While board exams for the major subjects will be held at CBSE exam centres, the minor subject exams will be held at the particular schools of candidates.

As many as six new nursing colleges to be functional in Haryana soon
Haryana Chief Secretary Sanjeev Kaushal shared that the construction work of six nursing colleges in the state will be completed soon and classes will commence in the month of July. Not only this, the new building of the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Panchkula has also completed its construction work.
Adding on to this, he shared that, till now, the classes are being held in another building, the chief secretary said while presiding over the review meeting of development projects worth more than Rs 100 crore here.
CHIEF SECRETARY REVIEWED MAJOR PROJECTS
The Chief Secretary reviewed several major projects, including power, health, medical, and technical education in the state, and directed the concerned officials to complete them within the stipulated time period.
COLLEGES UNDER CONSTRUCTION
He said that the construction of nursing colleges in Dherdu village of Kaithal, Khedi Ram Nagar village of Kurukshetra, Kheranwali village of Panchkula, Aura and Dayalpur village of Faridabad, and Sadatpur village of Rewari is under construction.
The construction work of Medical college in Koriawas in Narnaul, Medical College at Jind, Bhiwani, and Dental College at Nalhar is being completed at a fast pace. The work of the second phase of Kalpana Chawla Medical College is also undergoing.
