The alloys receive a fresh design in the EV segment. The instrument panel is all-digital with a digital speedometer and other tell-tale signs. The Bounce Infinity E1 electric scooter offers ample space for the storage of helmets or other titbits in its 12-litre under-seat storage compartment.
The Bounce Infinity E1 electric scooter is loaded to the proverbial gills with the latest technology like a six-axis accelerometer, overvoltage/under voltage protection, side stand sensor, battery, motor controller, VCU, all channeled onto the scooter’s app that provides information on your smartphone. The app also offers the option to locate the Infinity E1 electric scooter, and geo-fence its proximity. The app also features antitheft, and an alert to keep a check on the movements of the Bounce Infinity E1 electric scooter.
The Bounce Infinity E1 electric scooter is powered by a 2kWh lithium-ion battery pack that develops a minimum of 2bhp (depending on the charge and mode) and 83Nm of peak torque, with a 0 to 40kmph time of 8 seconds, and a top speed of 65kmph. Charge time for the battery is claimed to be in the range of 4-5 hours, on any regular electric plug point. The Power and Eco modes offer different speeds and ranges that can be switched by a flip of a button on the handlebar.
The new Bounce Infinity E1 electric scooter is offered with or without the battery, with the option to choose the swappable battery system instead. The Bounce Infinity E1 electric scooter will also be offered with a removable battery pack that can be charged either at the home, office, or even on the company’s broad battery-swapping network in partnership with retailers. Bounce acquired a 100 per cent stake in the now-defunct 22Motors in a deal valued at about US$7 million in 2021, including its manufacturing plant at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan that has an annual capacity to manufacture 1,80,000 scooters. Considering the potential of the Indian market, the company is planning to set up another plant in southern India.
