Bajaj Chetak electric scooter sales expands to 12 cities
Bajaj Auto has started selling its electric-scooter – the Chetak in 12 more cities. With this new development, the Chetak is now sold in a total of 20 cities.
Now the customers from Mumbai, New Delhi, Goa, Madurai, Coimbatore, Kochi, Hubli will be able to buy this Bajaj. The scooter is also available in Visakhapatnam, Nashik, Vasai and Surat. The scooter can be booked online at www.chetak.com and can be done by paying a token of Rs 2000.
The Chetak will be available in two variants– Urbane and Premium. Both variants are powered by a 3.8kW motor that is fueled by a non-removable 3kWh IP67 lithium-ion battery pack. The company claims a top speed of 70kmph and a range of 95km (in Eco mode).

Hyundai India launched the much-awaited Creta Knight Edition in the country at a starting price of Rs 13.51 lakh (ex-showroom, all-India). In addition to this, the company has also introduced a model-year update for the Hyundai Creta with new feature additions.
The 2022 Hyundai Creta is now available in a new Denim Blue colour option and the Highline TPMS is now standard across all variants. The SX (O) trim now also gets a glossy black centre console. Furthermore, the company will offer the iMT option on the 1.5-litre petrol ‘S’ variant to further expand choices for the customers. The new S+ variant powered by a 1.4-litre T-GDi petrol engine with 7DCT now gets an additional set of features, such as –
