SHEROES to host ‘The Shift’ event to bring men into the conversation
New Delhi: Sheroes will host the first edition of ‘The Shift’ a conference held to bring men into play. The event will be held with the aim to reverse the gaze on gender conversations and create a diverse backdrop to discuss the rise of shared parenting, breaking stereotypes at home and the workplace and bringing the role models of India Inc as change leaders.
THE SHIFT – first ever Men’s Conference- Changing the paradigm is scheduled to be held on the 8th of April 2016, at Aquaden Oodles Boutique Hotel, Chattarpur Farms. It will facilitate dialogues around the new black in gender equality, and ropes in men and women who are shaping change in homes and at the workplace. The event will also see CEO’s and founders spill the beans on their evolution. For the first time, CEO’s investor, senior leadership executives be engaging conversations pertaining to issues of gender, workplace and parenting.

Taru Kapoor, Head, Tinder India will be the keynote for the event, followed by a diversely rich CEO’s panel – including Ankur Warikoo, CEO and Founder, Nearbuy and spouse Ruchi Warikoo, Saket Jain, CEO Fenesta Windows, Rajul Garg, Founder Sunstone Business School, Investor and spouse Rabani Garg. Anshu Mor, who recently quit Microsoft to set up his own theater and creative arts venture will also join the panel moderated by Natasha Badhwar, Founder, The Ochre Sky.
